Chief Financial Officer

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving sustainable growth. This position requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in financial planning, risk management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial regulations and standards, including IFRS and SOX, and will be adept at communicating complex financial information to stakeholders. Duties Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare comprehensive financial reports that provide insights into the company's performance. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including SOX and IFRS standards. Lead the finance team in conducting thorough financial modeling to support business decisions. Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees. Collaborate with other departments, particularly in supply chain management, to optimize resource allocation. Present financial information to the board of directors and other stakeholders. Skills Proven expertise in financial report writing and analysis. Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices. Familiarity with COSO framework for internal controls. Proficient in forecasting techniques and methodologies. Experience in supply chain finance is highly desirable. Advanced skills in financial modeling and scenario analysis. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
