Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring financial health, and driving sustainable growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management, risk analysis, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards, including ASC 606 and COSO. Duties Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including tax accounting practices. Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Manage expense control initiatives to optimize resource allocation across departments. Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency. Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making through insightful financial data. Oversee supply chain finance activities to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks affecting the organization. Qualifications Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role. Strong knowledge of ASC 606, COSO frameworks, and other relevant accounting standards. Demonstrated expertise in cost control, expense management, and financial report writing. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on risk analysis and strategic planning. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
