ADP is hiring a Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis for our GlobalView team.
In this critical role, the Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will assist with providing financial and strategic decision support to the business to ensure achievement of short and long-term financial goals through complex business/financial analysis, insight generation, and transformation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Business Partnering
Provide finance leadership to key strategic GlobalViews initiatives, including the new partnership with SAP. Support the BU leaders in formulating and executing on strategy to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Provide technical and analytical expertise and drive improvements in the quality and reliability of financial information. Transformation
Take the lead on transforming the GlobalView finance processes to a standardized operating model across all regions. Matrix Management
Drive the standardization of operating processes across the GlobalView business. Leverage CoE resources to optimize transactional processes and reporting. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 12+ years of relevant Finance Business Partnering and/or FP&A experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent. Experience influencing in a matrix environment. Microsoft Office skills essential, advanced level in Excel and Databases.
