The Commercial Finance team is seeking a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to support the Americas Headquarters (AHQ). In this role, you will work closely with Americas leadership and Business Unit (BU) finance leads to provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support, OpEx oversight for AHQ departments, and work on special projects. This position will lead a small team of finance professionals in support of strategic and tactical goals. The Director, FP&A will maintain close relationships with department stakeholders and the Americas President while providing financial analysis and subject matter support for achieving results. Success in this role requires a high energy leader, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. This position will be based at the Teleflex Morrisville, NC office. Responsibilities

FP&A support of the Americas monthly and quarterly reporting packages, forecasting cycles, annual budget planning, and strategic planning. Consolidated annual Americas revenue is ~$1.7B. Maintain orders and sales reporting requirements for the Americas region by tracking results against forecast and budgeted plan while accounting for adjustments impacting results. AHQ department financial support for OpEx planning, investments, headcount reporting, capital, and facility leases, while partnering with the leaders of these organizations to drive accountability. Work closely with the Commercial BU finance leads to consolidate and report Americas level variances to forecast and budgeted plan with detailed explanations of drivers. Support the development and growth of the AHQ finance team while maintaining an environment of teamwork, innovation, accountability, and strategic business partnering. Coordinate with the Corporate FP&A team on Americas deliverables including presentation decks, consolidated supplementals, due dates, and system adjustments to balance top-level offsets. Support monthly and quarterly close process as it pertains to OpEx management. Special projects as assigned could include globally coordinated projects, new product investment process (concept to commercialization), commercial finance initiatives, ad-hoc modeling, etc. Ensure appropriate internal controls are maintained and financial statements follow corporate accounting policies and standards. Adhere to Teleflex Code of Ethics and company procedures. Education / Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Economics, or Finance required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A functions; Experience in a similar role within the medical device industry preferred. Experience with SAP/ BW, Oracle EPM Planning and Budgeting, and Hyperion FM a plus. People management experience. Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

Strong analytical skills with high-degree of attention to detail; Ability to balance sense of urgency with the need for accuracy. Ability to multitask, delegate, and lead across several competing priorities to meet tight deadlines. Strong financial modeling, business case development. Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
