Operations Manager

position is available for an ambitious, hardworking self-starter interested in becoming a key member of our leadership team while overseeing day-to-day business operations and client service. This opportunity's responsibilities also include process management, HR, compliance and the firm’s computer network.

Our Wealth Advisors craft and execute highly disciplined wealth management strategies to help high-net-worth clients achieve their unique goals, while securing their family’s financial future.

As part of our leadership team, your operations management priorities will include:

Client Services ; working closely with our custodial bank,

Charles Schwab , along with fellow team members, to onboard new client relationships; process new accounts and transfers.

Workflow/Systems Optimization ; working with the Managing Director to ensure our growing Registered Investment Advisory firm maintains appropriate capacity and remains in compliance, taking ownership of all business and office operations.

Organization/Planning/Budgeting ; overseeing day-to-day financials, including business forecasting.

Human Resources ; manage HR services, including employee benefits/relations and hiring.

Technology ; interfacing with our IT resource to manage the firm’s computer network and software to maximize the ongoing and future efficacy of these systems.

This is a full-time, “in office”, opportunity.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.

5+ years of management level experience, serving in operations and client service roles.

5+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry; working with a RIA preferred.

Proficient with Salesforce CRM, Orion, Eclipse, Microsoft Office, and Quickbooks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
