Position Summary
- Assists in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
- Participates in the assessment of patients.
- Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care.
- Attends educational programs and staff orientation to promote professional development.
- Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice.
- Participates in the Service Excellence Program.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Diploma
- Active North Carolina (NC) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License or compact state
- Department/Location: ECU Health Behavioral Health Clinic in Washington, NC
- This position is full-time - Monday - Thursday (7:30am - 5:00pm) and Friday (8:00am - 12:00pm)
