Position Summary

Guggenheim Securities Information Management ("GSIM") is seeking an experienced CRM focused Business Relationship Manger to join its Business Engagement team.

This person in this role is critical to ensuring IM alignment with the business, acting as liaison and bridging/facilitation communication, and understanding between the business and IM. The BRM is responsible for understanding the overarching business model as well as the intricacies and nuances of their assigned functional/ business areas.

Essential Job Functions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Understand the business model and the specific needs of assigned functional areas.
  • Assist business units in developing business cases that demonstrate the value of their needs, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Manage and configure core CRM systems such as Salesforce and Deal Cloud.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver CRM solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate work across multiple disciplines or organizations.
  • Manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business relationship management, particularly in investment banking.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Deal Cloud.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to clients and foster trusting relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with project management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to bring different people or groups together to solve client challenges.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on investment banking.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple disciplines or organizations.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role in the investment banking industry.
Work Location
  • Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office, Chicago office or remote.
Salary
  • Annual base salary between $150,000 and $175,000.
  • The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
