As a Senior Account Manager at Million Dollar Baby Co., you will help grow our retailer store programs and revenue opportunities, with a focus on our Amazon and Target accounts. You will build, communicate, and maintain our vision of creating productive working relationships with account managers, collaborating to successfully place orders and plan inventory. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing specific categories and accounts to meet our consumers' needs, including handling client queries, identifying growth opportunities, and analyzing sales trends. Our goal for this role is to create sales strategies and build relationships by promoting "Wow" customer programs!

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand our brands' stories, value propositions, differentiation points, and customer segments

- Master retailer-specific e-commerce platforms and tools

- Escalate decisions/issues with options, pros & cons, and proposed solutions

- Support promotional calendars and marketing strategies to grow retailer-to-consumer reach, engagement, sales, and increase conversion

- Attend weekly and monthly calls with Inventory Analysts and Buyers to hit our retailer KPIs

- Perform data analysis for demand planning and order management, particularly for Target

- Analyze performance metrics for campaigns and brand sales, making recommendations and presenting results to cross-functional teams

- Monitor the competitive landscape and stay up-to-date on industry trends and insights

- Understand Sales Team OKRs and actively develop ways to improve and exceed performance

- Conduct daily data analysis to make decisions and present sales trends to Sales Managers

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of proven experience in e-Commerce Account Management or a related field

- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis tools

- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions

- Ability to analyze wholesale gross profit margins and sales reports

- Proven track record of ownership over tasks and project management

- Demonstrated ability to make mutually beneficial decisions focusing on long-term partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Amazon and Target vendor portals

- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics platforms - Sigma, PowerBI, Salsify, etc.

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Los Angeles)
