Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and prospect new healthcare facility clients (hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities) seeking travel nursing services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
- Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Track and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote staffing solutions and generate leads.
- Recruitment Collaboration:
- Partner with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate qualifications.
- Provide timely feedback to recruiters regarding client preferences and hiring decisions.
- Networking and Market Development:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the agency's presence in the travel nursing market.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of travel nursing or healthcare staffing operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
