The St. Louis County Children's Service Fund (CSF) is seeking a Deputy Director. This is a key executive-level position responsible for assisting in the direction, oversight, and management of the Children Services Fund, ensuring its effective operation and alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
The typical starting salary range is between $106,849.60–$128,211.20 annually depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience as well as budgetary considerations. Support the implementation of the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic direction as defined by the Board of Directors. Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Executive Director in the development, execution, and management of strategies and activities aligned with the organization’s strategic plan. Assist in Board planning and the establishment of long-term organizational goals. Support the Executive Director in both internal and external collaborative efforts. Design and implement department-wide employee engagement and professional development strategies. Lead the design and implementation of continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives. Assist in the development and implementation of key allocation processes. Collaborate on the annual budget process and provide oversight on all proposals, grants, and expenditures. Oversee the administration and compliance of funded programs. Draft and implement administrative policies to ensure consistency and compliance. Act in the Executive Director role as needed. Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in business administration or a related field and eight years' experience in management and planning preferably within government, a funding organization or non-profit agency, responsible for providing services to children; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
