Responsibilities
- The Vice President of Success Plan Sales will lead a specialist sales team in growing Success Plan to every Salesforce license opportunity collaborating tightly with core sales and other stakeholders like delivery and Success teams.
- This individual will lead the global Success Plan Solution Advisor sales team, and be responsible for developing, communicating, and executing against a global sales strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10 years of experience managing a high growth $1B portfolio of sales focused on Enterprise customers.
- 10 years of experience managing and growing sales teams.
- People leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to develop, drive, and motivate managers.
- Extensive and proven record of accomplishment in successfully managing a services, support sales organization.
- Demonstrated ability to create and communicate a clear and inspiring vision for growth.
- Experience maturing a high-growth business and teams.
- Ability to collaborate and influence in a win as a team environment, effectively working with senior executives and in a matrix organization.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working within the software/infrastructure/platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space.
- Seasoned executive sales experience.
- Extensive experience with Global teams, both internal and external.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $250K -- $500K+
