Tecolote Research is seeking an experienced Schedule Analyst to join our National Capital Programs Group. This is a full-time onsite position at Joint Base Anacostia/Bowling in Washington, DC and requires a Top-Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility. The expected salary range is $70,000 - $130,000 and is dependent on a variety of factors, including total years of relevant experience, academic achievement, and relevant professional certifications. Responsibilities
- As a Schedule Analyst, you will be supporting the U.S Navy in developing, integrating, and performing schedule analysis across a portfolio of critical programs.
- The analysis you present will highlight the realities and interdependencies of program and project performance, enabling senior leadership to make critical strategic decisions.
Skills Required
Must Have:
- Top-Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing integrated schedule analysis
- Familiarity with industry standard schedule analysis tools (Microsoft Project, Proteus, etc.)
- B.S in Economics, Business, Program Management or a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) field
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in a classified environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting DoD Program Offices
- Experience working in a classified environment
- Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and GAO/DoD Scheduling Assessment Guides
- Project Management Professional (PMP)/Project Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) Certification
- International Cost Estimating and Analysis (ICEAA) Certification
- Advanced Degree (MBA, etc.)
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
