Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level Structured Finance Associate to join its finance group in multiple U.S. offices. This position is ideal for an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) transactions. Location:

Duties:

• Advise clients on structured finance transactions, including securitizations and CLOs
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to structured finance deals
• Provide strategic legal counsel on complex financial matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage and execute deals
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant laws
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships
• Produce high-quality work product under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and CLO transactions
• Experience with AmLaw 100 law firms is preferred
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good business judgment and problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where applying
