Salary:
$235,000.00 - $435,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Advise on a variety of structured finance and securitization matters with a focus on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). Represent asset managers, equity investors, and leading CLO underwriters in structuring and executing complex financial transactions. Collaborate across a global team to deliver cutting-edge legal services in the capital markets and structured finance arena. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements while developing innovative financing solutions for clients. Continuously update and manage multiple stakeholders on the evolving legal and regulatory landscape surrounding structured finance. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Active Bar Admission in Washington D.C. At least 2 years of substantive securitization and structured finance experience. Demonstrable transactional experience with a deep interest in Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). Experience from a large, reputable law firm. Preferred Qualifications: Prior involvement with private credit, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line credit facilities. Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide comprehensive solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of representing clients in complex negotiations and discussions. Profound understanding of financial markets and instruments, especially related to structured finance and securitization. Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
