Securitization Associate Attorney

A law firm in Boston is seeking a Securitization Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience at a large or global law firm. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients on complex securitization transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and whole business securitizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Duties:Assist with structuring, negotiation, and documentation of securitization transactionsConduct due diligence and review legal documents related to securitization transactionsResearch and analyze legal issues related to securitization transactionsPrepare and review offering materials and disclosure documentsCollaborate with clients and other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal adviceMentor and train junior associates within the groupStay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends in securitizationRequirements:3-5 years of experience at a large or global law firmJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the MA Bar in good standingEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Admission to the MA Bar in good standingSkills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in legal documentsProficiency in legal research and writingExperience in structured finance and securitization transactions
