Securitization Associate Attorney

A law firm in Boston is seeking a Securitization Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience at a large or global law firm. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients on complex securitization transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and whole business securitizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Duties: Assist with structuring, negotiation, and documentation of securitization transactions Conduct due diligence and review legal documents related to securitization transactions Research and analyze legal issues related to securitization transactions Prepare and review offering materials and disclosure documents Collaborate with clients and other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal advice Mentor and train junior associates within the group Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends in securitization Requirements: 3-5 years of experience at a large or global law firm Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the MA Bar in good standing Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Certifications: Admission to the MA Bar in good standing Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documents Proficiency in legal research and writing Experience in structured finance and securitization transactions
