Their portfolio of project includes exteriors, additions, remodels, and custom design work.

Job Description
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and expand market presence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to succeed.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically focused on new business or closing sales.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
