Description
Early-career position with strong growth opportunity within the Rudolph Libbe Group. Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates. Assist in managing projects and developing estimates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist project managers and estimators with the following:
- Strict adherence to Rudolph Libbe Group safety practices and procedures
- Project planning and implementation of activities
- Procurement of labor, materials, and equipment
- Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes
- Meeting minutes development and updates
- Subcontractor coordination
- Estimating
- Contracts administration
- Cost control
- Sales/customer satisfaction
- Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents
SKILLS
- Willingness to travel as needed for projects
- Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to be dynamic, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to requests of customers, superintendents, and construction partners
- Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to adapt to unique job requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
