Great work culture Hybrid, 3 days in officeJob DetailsKey Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of probate and trust administration documents. Draft, review, and file legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents. Conduct legal research related to trust and estate matters. Manage and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained. Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions to gather necessary information and documentation. Coordinate and assist in the transfer of assets, including real estate, investments, and personal property. Prepare and maintain detailed records of estate and trust transactions. Assist with the preparation of estate tax returns and other tax-related documents. Schedule and coordinate meetings, court appearances, and client consultations. Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited program. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, focusing on trust and estate law. Strong knowledge of probate and estate administration procedures. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
