Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Unit Information: E5 CARD Location: 509 Biltmore Ave., Asheville, NC 28801 Floor: 5th floor Building: Owen Heart Center (Heart Tower) Number of Beds - 40 Patient Ratios - 1:4; stretch staffing at 1:5 ratio Type of patients: patients with CHF, MI, CP, arrhythmia, Pulmonary Hypertension; valvular disease, endocarditis; DKA; post cardiac cath/stent; post pacer/ICD/ablation. Type of equipment: Zoll, Baxter pump, lift equipments, bladder scanner; EMR - Cerner Job Requirements Stepdown or progressive care experience Telemetry experience Experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications like nitroglycerine, Cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutrex, insulin drip, heparin, bumex/Lasix. Schedule Information Every other weekend Unit Specific Information Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - all white or all navy blue or white top and navy blue pants.
