Director, Clinical Services - $10,000 sign on bonus

Position Details:
- Specialty: Behavioral Health
- Location: Grand Forks, ND
- Shift: days, 40 hours per week, full-time
- Pay range: $77,000-$100,000
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for qualifying candidates

Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the social service programs of the facility.
- Keep abreast of current federal and state regulations and make recommendations for changes in facility policies and procedures.
- Provide for professional growth and development of clinical staff through identification of needs, development of individual training plans, participation in training programs, encouragement of formal continuing education efforts, and evaluation.
- Monitor social workers and therapists’ performance on a continuous basis and conduct regular performance evaluations for clinical direct reports.
- Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and outside health and social agencies.
- Ensure the completion of all required documentation relevant to patients in a timely, efficient manner.
- Continuously audit and review performance and documentation of direct reports for consistency and accuracy.
- Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and regulatory standards
- Maintain continuity among social workers and therapists by documenting and communicating.
- Conducts individual psychotherapy sessions in accordance with state/regulatory standards, displays sufficient theoretical knowledge of psychopathology and effective treatment techniques.

Qualifications:
- Active North Dakota LCSW license
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree highly preferred
- 10+ years of behavioral health experience
