We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our dynamic environment and enhance our specialized services. Position Highlights: * Location: Near Perry, MI * Type: Locum Tenens * Specialty: Orthopedic Trauma Surgery * Compensation: Competitive salary based on MGMA standards, with potential for RVU-based incentives. * Work Schedule: Days with on-call responsibilities (approximately 4 calls per month). Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care for patients with polytrauma, acute fractures, complex joint injuries, and other musculoskeletal traumas. * Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a seamless patient experience. * Utilize advanced technology, including the Stryker MAKO robot, for minimally invasive total joint replacement surgeries. * Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities, including an educational stipend during fellowship year. Candidate Requirements: * Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS). * Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in orthopedic trauma preferred. * Licensure: Active Michigan medical license (or in process of obtaining).
