The Quality Engineer will join the quality team, playing a key role in ensuring that products and processes adhere to the client's Quality Management System (QMS). This position involves collaborating with high-profile customers to investigate root causes of non-conformances and working closely with internal teams to develop systems that improve quality at its origin.

Description Involved in developing quality control policies and evaluates production limitations Ability to work cross functionally to resolve quality issues Work directly with OEM manufacturers to discuss product quality Maintain and continuously the develop the companies QMS Assist with creating and maintaining quality documentation Support first article inspection, approve materials, final product assemblies by confirming specifications, conduct visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials Ability to troubleshoot CMM programming Understanding of root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications to establish correct inspection criteria Working knowledge of NADCAP regulations
