Description Robert Half is hiring for on -going Administrative Assistants in the Sevierville, TN area, committed to providing exceptional support in multiple industries. Key Responsibilities: Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed. Customer Service: Greet customers and visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to promptly. Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments, events, and interviews using Microsoft Outlook. Ensure the calendar is up-to-date and conflicts are resolved efficiently. Administrative Support: Perform data entry tasks into a quoting Windows-based software. File and manage confidential information with utmost discretion. Compile and generate reports as required. Pull and analyze information from the database to assist with various projects. Office Management: Maintain organized filing systems. Assist with event planning and coordination. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of office administrative experience, preferably within the financial advisory or banking industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with data entry and database management. Familiarity with quoting software on a Windows-based system is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
