Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents such as fund formation agreements, investment management agreements, and other transactional documents. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support transactional activities and regulatory compliance. Assist in structuring and executing private equity deals, including due diligence, negotiating terms, and managing closings. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective legal strategies. Manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
