The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve measurable results. This position blends data-driven performance marketing with creative content initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and optimize campaign success across multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities:

Campaign Development & Management:

• Plan, create, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI). • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance. • Conduct A/B testing to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. •

Content Creation & Strategy:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator, SEO Vendor, and others on the marketing team to produce engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other digital channels. • Manage content calendars and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Budget Management:

• Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and meet marketing KPIs.

Market Research & Trends:

• Conduct research to stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. • Identify opportunities and gaps to refine and enhance marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the CEO and sales team to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and brand consistency. • Collaborate with vendors to align digital marketing initiatives with business goals.

Continuous Improvement:

• Keep abreast of industry advancements and integrate innovative techniques to improve marketing effectiveness. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in digital marketing and performance marketing roles. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like but not limited to Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics. • Experience/Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Facebook ads, email marketing, and social media advertising. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization. • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of content marketing and audience engagement strategies. Compensation: $50,000 yearly
