Description

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges effectively. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed at every stage. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.

Profile The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in project management, specifically in multifamily construction projects. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and drive project success. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
