Description
Lead and manage high-rise apartment construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.
Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and performance to maintain quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to troubleshoot project challenges and maintain consistent communication.
Proactively identify and resolve potential project risks, conflicts, and delays.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while fostering positive relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Profile The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing high-rise multifamily or commercial construction projects. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the foresight to solve challenges before they escalate. Specific qualifications include: A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, preferably with high-rise apartments or similar large-scale projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Proficient in project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar software).
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts.
A team-oriented approach with the ability to motivate and drive project teams to success.
Strong understanding of Florida building codes, permitting processes, and safety compliance.
