Description

  • Oversee all aspects of the construction process for the mid-rise garden-style project, from pre-construction to project closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project execution with design specifications and objectives.
  • Create, manage, and update project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review progress, address challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring timely performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Lead project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and project reports.

Profile

  • 7+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects with a general contractor, with a focus on mid-rise and garden-style developments.
  • Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and permitting processes in Florida.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
