Description
Oversee all aspects of the construction process for the mid-rise garden-style project, from pre-construction to project closeout. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project execution with design specifications and objectives. Create, manage, and update project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes. Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review progress, address challenges, and implement solutions. Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring timely performance and adherence to contractual obligations. Lead project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and project reports.
Profile
7+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects with a general contractor, with a focus on mid-rise and garden-style developments. Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera. Strong knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and permitting processes in Florida. Proven leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
