Description Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates. Develop comprehensive bid proposals for commercial construction projects. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather accurate pricing information. Identify and assess risks, ensuring cost-efficient and competitive bids. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and market conditions. Participate in client presentations, negotiations, and pre-construction meetings. Profile Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an estimator, preferably in commercial construction. Strong proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar tools). Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with clients and vendors effectively. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required). Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
