We've raised a Series-A round led by General Catalyst, YCombinator, and investors including Kevin Weil (Chief Product Officer at OpenAI), Arash Ferdowsi (co-founder of Dropbox), Katie Stanton (former VP Global Media, Twitter) and CEOs of companies including Flexport, Notion, Front, Ramp and Twitch. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to assist in building out and operationalizing our FP&A functions as we rapidly grow our business. The ideal candidate will combine a strong background in finance and analytics with a proven track record of success in a high-growth enterprise B2B Saas company. What you'll do: Lead the FP&A function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to analyze historical performance, forecast future trends, and evaluate business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and key insights to executive management and stakeholders, highlighting areas of opportunity and risk.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the FP&A function, streamlining data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Mentor and develop members of the FP&A team, providing guidance on financial modeling, data analysis techniques, and best practices.

Partner with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure and integration processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data.

Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses as required by senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

Who we're looking for: Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Mix of investment banking/growth equity investing & start-up experience preferred.

Proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses, with a strong grasp of SaaS metrics, including fundraising & board-level reporting. Experience with revenue modeling across complex and varied contract structures is a plus.

Proven ability to develop complex financial models and perform sophisticated financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

Experience implementing and working with enterprise financial systems (e.g., ERP, EPM) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively - low ego, collaborative mindset a requirement.
