locations for a Marketing Manager for Global advanced vessel preparation therapies. This role will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the advanced vessel preparation products business. In this role, you will represent Upstream Global Marketing on cross-functional teams/groups for your assigned projects and help develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). You will provide technical and product expertise to the downstream and commercial teams on products on the roadmap. Main Responsibilities Collect and interpret voice of customer (VOC) input and monitor competitive activity in order to define market requirements and contribute toward market research to help inform the business plans. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance, domestic & international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market and/or new product opportunities for the product/service. Develop the business case for new opportunities including defining the market and customer needs, financial modeling and data analysis to quantify the sales and profit, value proposition and assessing the strategic fit. Collaborate closely with R&D to translate customer requirements into innovations. Work with clinical, regulatory, R&D and other functions to help inform the pipeline strategy. Provide leadership by representing the customer with internal project teams. Manage the marketing aspects of projects involving cross-functional groups. Provide leadership for assigned programs as the product expert to downstream and commercial marketing teams and with customers. Partner with downstream and commercial teams to develop initial launch and communication plans. Prior experience and comfort presenting to, working with, and negotiating with cross-functional teams to execute global market strategies and actionable market plans to advance the business and generate value within a portfolio. Understand project timeline and make and present recommendations based on risk analysis when project is off course. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree with at least 8-10 years related experience, with at least one year experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 6 years related experience. Product management experience in medical products or services preferred. Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions. Preferred Qualifications Strongly Preferred Experience conducting market research, obtaining VOC input, and translating into customer requirements for new products.
