Overview
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a
Rapid Response Team Lead
to join our team on the upcoming Enterprise DISA JSP ETM Services 2.0 program. This position is onsite in the Washington, DC area.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate rapid responses to high-priority incidents and break-fix issues within the Enterprise Transport Network. Work closely with the JNOSC Core Engineering Team, Service Restoral Team, TACLANE Team, Service Response Team, and MAC Team to resolve incidents promptly.
Ensure that all network assets (hardware, software, documentation, and point-to-point circuits) are configured, baselined, and validated according to DoD and JSP engineering standards.
Oversee the documentation and maintenance of the Configuration Managed Database (CMDB) to support IT processes, including asset management, incident management, and configuration management.
Utilize the government-provided system to track the warranty and licensing status of hardware and software throughout its lifecycle.
Provide real-time access to configuration data for authorized personnel and integrate this data with systems from other services/agencies.
Submit monthly reports; document and track any deviations, changes, or issues identified during configuration management.
Ensure all systems are compliant with DISA's STIG standards before deployment.
Conduct periodic audits and quality assurance checks to verify alignment with JSP-approved standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor's in information systems, Computer Sciences, or related field with 3+ years as a Lead Project Manager
3+ years in DoD IT environment
Proven self-management and team management skills.
Ability to monitor and control project budgets.
Capability to make decisions under pressure.
Must possess expert managerial, leadership, and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in leading rapid response teams or incident response operations in high-security environments. Certifications: PMP
