Salary:
$260,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead legal services in renewable energy project finance and tax equity transactions. Draft and negotiate intricate financing documents, including but not limited to credit agreements and tax equity structures. Direct comprehensive due diligence reviews and expertly manage project document analyses to ensure accurate and efficient transaction closings. Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to support and enhance the strategic objectives of the Energy Sector. Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and expertise in renewable energy finance. Minimum Position Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with distinguished academic credentials. Valid bar admission and in good standing within the employed jurisdiction. 3-5 years of significant experience in renewable energy project finance or related tax credit dealings. Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex financial and legal agreements. Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to reviewing legal and project documentation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a large, prestigious law firm environment. Proven track record of effectively managing large transactions and multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with the business aspects of renewable energy projects and market dynamics. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and resilience in high-pressure situations. Effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships. Skills: Expertise in finance law, particularly regarding renewable energy and tax incentives. Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Highly developed organizational and project management skills. Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.
