Salary:
$150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year + Bonus Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interact closely with clients and internal team members to deliver proactive and innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance services. Specialize in both individual and business tax returns with a focus on flow-through entities. Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate tax savings opportunities. Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers in client management, professional development, and business development tasks. Supervise and mentor associate and senior associate team members, overseeing their work on client engagements. Develop new client relationships and market the firm's services and products, encouraging business growth with existing clients. Stay updated on legislative and professional changes, advising clients on potential implications. Engage in client development through active networking and representing the firm professionally in the business community. Uphold and promote the firm's culture, values, and client service principles. Demonstrate communication, intuitive skills, and resourcefulness that sets a standard for others within the firm. Minimum Position Qualifications: Must possess the skillset and aspirations to become a Partner within two years. Minimum of 8 years of prior public accounting experience. Extensive knowledge and experience with Income Tax Provisions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Must have a working knowledge of various accounting software. Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients. CPA designation or a law degree is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a leadership role within a tax consulting and compliance setting. Demonstrated success in business development and in expanding client services. Proactive contributor with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Skills: Advanced professional competency in tax consulting and compliance. Ability to effectively lead, coach, and manage teams in a dynamic environment. Excellent communicator with strong negotiating skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. Skilled in client relations and capable of generating strategic insights.
