Program Overview The White & Case International Arbitration Fellows Program is a world-class program that provides LLMs and international attorneys the opportunity to work on pioneering Latin American matters as part of a global law firm. As an Arbitration Fellow, you will participate in our nine-month Fellowship working with our Latin American Arbitration Team in our Americas offices including Miami, New York, and Washington, DC. You will work with internationally recognized partners and practitioners on cutting-edge international disputes. You will gain valuable insight into what we do and what it means to represent clients involved in complex international commercial and investment arbitrations by working with and observing our lawyers. You will also receive feedback regarding your work over the course of the Fellowship, attend specialized training sessions and social events, and network with Fellows and attorneys in other practice groups across the Americas. Upon completion of the Fellowship, you will become part of the global White & Case alumni program, which offers networking and business development opportunities throughout your career. Location and Reporting This is a hybrid in-office/remote role which can be based in our New York, Washington D.C., or Miami offices.
