About The Role
The Sr. Manager, Merchandise Planning will lead the merchandise planning and allocation functions at Studs. This role involves developing and leading the Open-to-Buy (OTB) process to align with financial goals and sales forecasts. The individual will oversee inventory management, ensuring the right products are available at the right time. Collaboration with various teams, including Merchandising, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, is a key aspect of the job. The position requires the candidate to analyze inventory health and implement strategic adjustments to improve sell-through rates. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, and inventory management. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
