Sharepoint Administrator

Job Description: The SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer will be responsible for managing and developing SharePoint Online environments, including OneDrive/Teams integration. The role includes designing custom solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while supporting governance, compliance, and user training. This position requires collaboration with Help Desk teams, project managers, and end-users, with occasional remote support during non-business hours. All necessary equipment, such as a laptop and mobile phone, will be provided. Travel is seldom required. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer SharePoint Online environments, including OneDrive and Teams integration. Develop custom solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform applications. Train end-users and technical staff on SharePoint governance and platform capabilities. Recommend and implement updates, enhancements, and best practices for SharePoint Online sites. Ensure compliance with governance and compliance standards for SharePoint and Power Platform environments. Minimum Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of SharePoint Online administration experience. Demonstrated proficiency in configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions. Proven ability to develop custom solutions using Power Platform tools. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and best practices. Experience with OneDrive for Business integration. Familiarity with compliance and governance standards in SharePoint and Power Platform. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: SharePoint and/or Power Platform certifications are preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Federal Prison Industries/UNICOR or similar federal organizations. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with JMDs Azure Cloud (GCC High) platform.
