Communication Skills
-Develop and maintain relationship with customers by collaborating with sales team.
-Create partnership with our partner (Network/Server solution vendor) to complete
Implement/migration projects.
This position is responsible for completing projects related to network and/or server system implement/migration.
Phase 1: Meeting with customers to clarify customer's requirements.
Phase 2: Design and select best solutions that meet customer's requirements.
Phase 3: Configuration and installation (On-site).
-Have meetings with customers, vendors and sales team to design best solutions so that sales team create proposal and quotations.
-Create configurations on Firewall, Router, Switch, Access Point.
-Visit customer's sites to install network equipment.
-Escalate issues to next level of support and/or vendors in timely manner.
-Provide Tier 1 or Tier 2 end user support or trouble shooting by isolating problems on emails and phones.
-Communicate with manufactures to coordinate hardware repairs.
-Visit customer's site to solve problems.
-Perform PC kitting and software/driver installation work.
-Update firmware/software version up on network equipment and/or servers.
-Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
-Have meetings with a supervisor in a timely manner to report daily activities.
- Collaboration skills with colleagues, our business partners and customers.
- Strong will to improve skills, to experience new challenges and to contribute to customers.
