$42,000 - $50,000 PTO:

Management of systems/network - ability to troubleshoot error codes, malfunctioning workstations, etc. Add/delete users to Office 365 Grant user permissions to specific applications Troubleshoot and triage systems - software upgrades/updates Traditional desktop/help desk support - answering trouble tickets Assist with data migrations PREFERRED EXPERIENCE THE HELP DESK ANALYST
Associates Degree - IT, Computer Systems or related field Experience in Help Desk/Desktop Support roles Point of Sale implementation/set-up/support Excellent written and verbal communication skills IT related certifications are a plus!
