Essential Functions Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, and custom settings. Respond to user requests and assist with developing solutions to address business needs Set objectives and work independently on large, moderately complex technical projects or assignments under general supervision. Implement changes in and process to solve problems or improve systems effectiveness of area. Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. Identify unused or underutilized platform features. Aid in Salesforce and vendor upgrades to ensure successful integration. Additional Responsibilities
Provide support and training to staff on the use of Salesforce applications. Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce supported applications. Provide guidance and assistance to entry level professionals or support employees. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Proficiency in development organization end-user requirements and system capabilities. Ability to interact with stakeholders from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds. Ability to use tact, sound judgment, diplomacy, maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion. Motivated, adaptable team player with the ability to work well with others in a team environment with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service orientation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM preferred. Required Education/Experience and Benefits
Associates Degree preferred 3-5 years relevant work experience required Experience at Purdue University or development experience preferred. Benefits Summary for eligible employees:
