We're looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team, passionately focused on delivering creative improvements for our engineering teams.ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Build and ship features and capabilities daily in a highly scalable, cross-geo distributed environment.Be part of an amazing open and collaborative work environment with other experienced engineers, architects, product managers, and designers.Review code with best practices of readability, testing patterns, documentation, reliability, security, and performance considerations in mind.Ensure full visibility, error reporting, and monitoring of high-performing backend servicesParticipate in Agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and show-and-tell demo sessions.QualificationsYour Background:Keen interest and curiosity in learning new technologiesUnderstanding of how to build performant, decoupled, testable, maintainable code4+ years professional experience in a software development teamFundamental software development skillsProficiency in web-based applications and architectureExperience building and integrating REST APIsExpertise with software development in .NET Framework (C#), software design, and object-oriented programmingExperience with software development methodologies including Agile, ScrumDatabase MSSQLUnderstanding of browser/JavaScript fundamentals (ex HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery)Scripting languagesGood written and verbal communication skillsSecurity consciousCSS/JS frameworks knowledgeIt's great, but not required, if you have:Experience with CI / CD pipelinesAutomated deployment and release management tools (ex. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
