We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in driving the company's financial strategy, performance, and growth by developing financial models, providing insightful analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and producing reports that help to optimize business performance, mitigate risks, and capture growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Financial Plans : Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive financial plans, including budgets, operating plans, and long-term financial models to guide and measure the performance of the business. Analyze Financial Data : Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analyzing financial data. Provide actionable insights to management to improve financial outcomes and support the achievement of strategic objectives. Provide Strategic Financial Insights : Deliver financial insights that support the organization's growth, profitability, and decision-making processes. Partner with leadership teams to assess strategic opportunities and financial viability. Advise Management : Use financial data and modeling to advise senior management on improving performance, minimizing risks, and capturing new business opportunities. Assist in scenario planning and decision-making. Prepare Financial Reports : Produce accurate, timely, and comprehensive management reports, including detailed analyses of sales, operational expenditures, and overall financial performance. Support Strategic Initiatives : Provide financial planning, forecasting, and modeling expertise to support company-wide strategic initiatives and business transformations. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and senior leadership, to drive financial performance and streamline decision-making. Participate in Planning Cycles : Contribute to the annual planning, long-term strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis processes. Ensure alignment of financial objectives with business goals. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Produce and maintain KPI reporting, identify trends in operational and financial data, and conduct root cause analysis to explain variances. Run Small-Sized Projects : Lead and execute smaller projects that improve the ability to gather, analyze, and leverage financial data to provide more insightful, data-driven decisions. Consolidate Financial Data : Consolidate data from various sources, ensuring the accuracy of financial results reported by the accounting team, and provide timely updates on financial performance. Conduct Variance Analysis : Perform variance analysis to explain deviations from budgeted and forecasted financial targets, identify causes, and recommend corrective actions to management. Maintain Financial Models : Develop, update, and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities. Enhance Reporting Processes : Utilize automated reporting tools, data visualization software, and financial software solutions to streamline reporting processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the strategic value of financial insights.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis is essential. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
