Coordinate and schedule home inspections for buyers and sellers. Prepare, review, and manage escrow documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Communicate with title companies to resolve any issues and clear files for closing. Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all milestones are met. Maintain consistent communication with sellers, buyers, and title companies throughout the transaction process. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve transaction workflows. Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from contract to close. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in real estate, business, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in real estate transactions or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with sellers, buyers, and title companies. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and compliance. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with transaction management tools or real estate software is a plus. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.
