The CFO for Title Resources will be accountable for the title underwriter business for the Realogy Title Group (RTG). Responsible for the maintenance of operational budgets and regularly reports on actual or forecasted revenues, profits, or losses. Oversight of operations of the accounting, tax, and/or financial reporting functions to ensure compliance with regulatory compliance (including GAAP, FASB, or SEC mandates). Manages the division’s cash flow and has oversight on investment activity. Responsibilities: Ownership for all financials for the underwriter and for delivering on the financial goals of the business. Leading development of Operational, Financial and Business Analyses to support executive decision making and business growth. Ownership of FP&A functions including forecasting and budgeting for the underwriter. Responsible for hiring a Manager role to lead FP&A responsibilities. Lead ongoing interactions with rating agencies in supporting and enhancing rating for the business. Manage all operational finance functions (remittances & reconciliations) for the underwriter. Support risk management of the underwriter through tight claims management, claims and related risk analytics. Be a strategic partner to the business head and leadership team. Ownership of business strategy formulation and tracking. Perform competitive analyses for TR and for RTG title operations to examine comparisons in product offerings and business performance and emerging trends. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or other advanced degree(s) considered a plus. 5 years of experience in FP&A or prior CFO roles, as well as experience with Mergers & Acquisitions. 5 years of experience building, developing talent and leading high performing teams. Strong forecasting and modeling skills with significant experience using data to drive decision making. Experience using / working with financial applications: Hyperion, Essbase, or other established systems. Demonstrated experience in working with business executives in developing strategies and driving operational execution. Demonstrated ability in building relationships in a matrixed organization, effectively partnering with business unit leaders and functional leaders. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), as well as the ability to develop executive level presentations that create clarity and effectively support decision making. Real estate industry experience a plus. This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado. Remote working requires 50 MB download and 7 MB upload internet speed.
