About this role The Associate Director, Data Center Aftermarket Parts Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to ensure data centers are equipped with the necessary parts and services. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory to maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities Develop strategies and create detailed project plans to support the growth of data center parts. Oversee the full implementation of the parts strategy and ensure end-to-end execution to meet both internal and external customer key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead cross functional team to drive continuous improvement to parts process transformation. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in parts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, quality, and competitive pricing. Partner with engineering, operations, and sales teams to align data center parts strategy with product development and market demands. Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of parts strategies and drive continuous improvement. Present parts strategy recommendations and report outcomes to executive leaders. Act as an advisor to business unit leaders on best practices related to data center parts strategy. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 8+ years of experience in strategy, aftermarket, operations, or general management. Travel 20%. Preferred Qualifications MBA. Understanding of HVAC components, systems, and technologies. Proven ability to manage teams without formal authority through influence and relationships. Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format across a wide audience. Ability to quickly identify new and innovative ways to work faster and simpler. Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks, and implement progressive, sustainable solutions. Ability to analyze performance data and implement effective solutions. #LI-Onsite RSRCAR
