For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.  

 

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Regional (Junior) Project Manager acts as a technical resource to provide scope review, customer kickoff meetings, on-site planning for IT and hardware readiness, remote support for Engineers during commissioning, and follow up to open items, and job closeout. The Regional Project Manager has complete project responsibility from project initiation to hand over to Support.

 

  • Assumes full responsibility and accountability for facilitating delivery of a premium experience for every Digital Power customer.
  • Understanding of project scope, and BOM, brining multiple SE entities to deliver a solution to our customers
  • Manages projects in matters of contractual obligations, assists engineering with required submittal data, contractual decisions, project scope definition and coordinates all information required for the design.
  • Monitoring progress of work performed under the contract and preparing periodic reports and estimates of completion date.
  • May participate in change orders for new scope identified
  • Provide support for New PME installations, PME upgrades, and troubleshooting projects  
  • Coordinates Purchase order and BOM with applications to insure accurate budgets
  • Provides Network diagrams to customers as created by Central Engineering team. Track Redline notes, and submits as As-Built drawings
  • Coordinates a wide variety of functions within the company to provide liaison support during pre-delivery time including activities within order processing, customer relations and sales support.
  • Provides single point contact for response to customer inquiries regarding status of order, investigates and resolves product, shipping, and scheduling problems.
  • Informs sales function and customers of changes in product availability or delivery schedules.
  • Maintains expected monthly invoice dates and meeting company targets
  • Meets company Gross margin targets
  • Manages project milestones, project costs, and commitments
  • Coordinates with Schneider Field Services for joint projects
  • Perform in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
  • Promotes the Schneider Values as applied internally and externally.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • For 1-3 years of experience, exposure to project management methodologies and tools is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic project environments, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
