We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Dallas, Texas, United States. The role encompasses managing and maintaining accurate financial records for our business, which operates within the hospitality industry. This includes processing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, managing payroll, handling vendor payments, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the processing of financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial performance insights to management
• Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial data to meet internal and external deadlines
• Oversee the processing of vendor invoices and payments, as well as accounts receivable collections
• Handle the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with the processing of payroll for all employees and maintain accurate payroll records
• Oversee inventory management systems and collaborate with department heads to control costs and optimize inventory usage
• Maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all financial operations, and oversee the use of accounting software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounting Manager role or similar
• Hold expertise in hospitality management, preferably Hotel or Country Club
• Proficient in financial reporting and its relevant tools
• Have experience in the restaurant industry
• Understand and apply the principles of revenue recognition
• Demonstrated skills in budgeting and forecasting
• Minimum Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
