The philanthropy director will emphasize and lead Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice (DEIJ) fundraising efforts for the university. This is a two-year project position with potential conversion to a permanent position, assigned to the

College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences

[CAHSS]. Join a dynamic team of fundraising professionals for the university's first $100 Million campaign. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Philanthropy, the Director of Philanthropy, CAHSS, works collaboratively with university leadership, program directors, faculty, and key volunteers to: Develop and carry out the fundraising plan for the university's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice initiatives, including identifying prospects and developing relationships with corporations, foundations, and individuals. In collaboration with the Dean, develop and carry out the annual fundraising plan for the College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences, prioritizing the discovery and qualification of major gift prospects.
