Job Summary Reporting to the VP2, HR for the Central Division, this role will be responsible for effectively developing and implementing organizational effectiveness strategies and leading the HR Operations and Integration team in strong partnership with the HRBPs, Central Division leaders, and HQ COE partners. In addition, this role requires heavy cooperation and collaboration with peers and leaders across the broader HR organization and with the division's senior leadership. This role will coordinate and execute HR Operations for the Central Division and participate in developing the Company and Human Resources philosophy and strategic planning about programs and trends in Human Resources management. Serves as subject matter expert and guides HRBPs, Business Leaders, and employees as required.

Job Description Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and implementing broad Organizational Development strategies and leading the HR operations and integration team for the Cable Central Division. Ensure integration of organizational design and effectiveness work with other core HR programs and priorities. Design and maintain the systems and processes for job creation, job evaluation, organizational structure design, and organizational change rules. Assess, diagnose, design/develop, and help implement organizational structure, people, and process solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. Develop and execute best-in-class organizational development initiatives, programs, and practices. Diagnoses gaps between current and desired organizational performance and deploys actions to resolve gaps, including organizational redesign, process change, and alignment to our operations plan. Develop effective change management strategies and project plans to ensure successful implementation. Designs, executes, and/or supports HR-related OD interventions and change management initiatives by applying sound organization development methods and advising on complex HR initiatives/realignments involving change management and/or organizational development aspects. Identify, track, and analyze metrics to measure organizational effectiveness solutions. Ensure visibility of key associate issues/trends with the President, SVP of HR, and other leaders as appropriate. Build presentations for senior leadership meetings by expertly using robust visual and data analysis to tell a compelling HR story. Collaborates with Central Division business leaders, HR, Talent Management, and HQ CoEs to develop and ensure an integrated and coherent strategy and portfolio aligned with business priorities and complement the other CoE areas of focus. Establishes analytics and metrics to measure organizational effectiveness to drive improved people and business outcomes. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex initiatives and functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business and Talent strategy. Brings forward innovative ideas based on data analysis, including internal and external benchmarking. Oversees and leads cross-functional teams and projects related to HR initiatives that impact all aspects of the business or function. Creates the data and analytics strategy across the Central Division. Reviews and reports on HR and employee data, business trends, and results to help build a business strategy. Reconciles data findings with business requirement specifications, designs, and plans. Recommends and implements workflow process improvements across the HR team. Develops processes and procedures to drive efficiencies. Responsible for leading, innovating, and coordinating all annual processes, including merit, yearly and performance management process. Oversees the coordination and reporting of division-wide mandatory compliance of standard HR initiatives (Handbook acknowledgments, required training, etc.).

Professional Experience & Qualifications:

Deep experience supporting executive-level clients on long-term strategic talent initiatives within diverse organizational contexts. Demonstrated success in project management and change management. Advanced analytical skills. Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between talent and other HR initiatives and business strategies, as well as deep knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g., workforce planning, HRIS, etc.). Ability to identify new ways for HR to support the business strategy and develop clear, actionable steps to help the overall business strategy. Ability to influence organizational behavior by demonstrating the linkages between managing employee performance and corporate results, analyzing the impact of employee performance interventions on organizational performance, and providing technical advice and periodic reports to the HR Sr Leadership team. Strong partnership skills and the ability to influence aligned business units or functional leaders. Ability to synthesize copious quantities of quantitative and qualitative data, recognize trends, tie back to business priorities and develop recommendations based on data analysis. Experience engaging, presenting, and gaining consensus from a senior leadership audience. Experience in leading HR operations, both as an influential strategist and practitioner, with a history of successful execution of human resources programs and operations. History of success leading and navigating organizational change in a scaling organization; comfortable with the ambiguity this brings.
